Deposit Operations Representative

Wymar Credit Union has retained Cornerstone Resources to recruit a Deposit Operations Representative in Geismar, Louisiana.

The Deposit Operations Representative will support the credit union’s daily back-office operations with a strong focus on debit card servicing, fraud monitoring, electronic services, and member support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling debit card issues, fraud alerts, disputes, lost or compromised cards, and replacement requests.

• Assisting members by phone, email, text, and secure electronic communication with questions about cards and electronic services.

• Reviewing card reports, processing exceptions, and supporting balancing and reconciliation activities.

• Assisting with remote deposit capture, bill pay, Check 21 items, account research, wires, and other deposit operations functions.

• Working with vendors and internal departments to research and resolve operational issues.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audit and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior debit card, electronic services, fraud, or deposit operations experience and will bring a positive, team-oriented approach to a close-knit department.
