Deposit Operations Representative

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Position Overview

Branches are sending in forms all day to the deposit op rep and they are to take the information from the form and enter input the data into the system

Individual must verify the information on the form to ensure all fields are filled out, if not then the form needs to be returned (Quality checking)

Inbound calls to be answers by the candidate to internal customers – stores and contact locations – 10-20 calls each day inbound, safe box operations questions e.i. opening boxing on the system and maintaining the boxes, did you receive the contract, can you process it sooner, who can I add to a box, if they are closing a box, what would the refund would be? Etc.


If the candidate excels then there may be some research involved. The items that the Reconciliation team cannot clear, they send those items to safe box team and that team researches to inquire about how they are clear it.

What you will bring to this role:

Must Have:
Data entry
Strong Customer service skills - must be able to be friendly on the phone
Computer savvy with MS office
Excel - Intermediate - must be able to use macros
Previous admin experience
Previous telephone customer service
Punctual, professional and reliable
