We’re searching for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is not only tech-savvy and organized but truly loves connecting with people and finds purpose in helping others gain confidence through their smiles.

Responsibilities:

• Greet each patient with warmth and positivity — your energy sets the tone
• Walk patients through their treatment plans with clarity, compassion, and confidence
• Present financial options clearly and with heart — helping people feel safe saying “yes”
• Collaborate with the clinical team on treatments including All-on-X, crowns, and more
• Use Dentrix software to manage scheduling, treatment notes, and follow-ups
• Keep the day flowing smoothly while never losing the human touch

You will need:

• A bright, friendly voice and a calm, reassuring presence
• Love making others feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
• Purpose-driven —you believe in what dental care can do for someone’s life
• Confident speaking with people and helping them make informed decisions
• Comfortable with technology and ideally familiar with Dentrix
• Experience in dental is a plus, but your attitude and communication are what matter most
