Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

Are you someone who genuinely loves helping people feel cared for, supported, and comfortable? At Love Dentistry, we believe dentistry is about more than just teeth, it’s about building trust, creating relationships, and helping patients feel safe every step of the way.

We are a fee-for-service office focused heavily on patient experience and compassionate care. Many of our patients come to us with dental anxiety or have avoided treatment for years, so creating a warm, welcoming, judgment-free environment is at the heart of everything we do. Our team leads with kindness, empathy, teamwork, and a true “we before me” mentality where supporting one another and caring deeply for patients is simply part of our everyday culture.

Located in beautiful Bellingham, WA, our office has a relaxed, positive, community centered atmosphere where relationships matter just as much as clinical excellence. We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who shares those values and wants to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives while being part of a supportive and uplifting team.

What’s in It for You?

  • Competitive Pay: $27-$35
  • Bonus Structure: Monthly performance bonuses available based on office growth and results.
  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday, 7:20 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement Planning: 401(K) plan to help you plan for the future
  • Work/Life Balance: 6 paid holidays annually and 2 weeks of paid vacation after your first year
  • Growth Opportunities: Continuing education support with an annual professional expense allowance

To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following:

  • At least 1+ years of dental experience
  • Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
  • Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend preferred)
  • Personable and professional communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

More about your role as a Dental Treatment Coordinator:

  • Guide patients through treatment recommendations and discuss financial plans with clarity and compassion
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while helping create a seamless patient experience
  • Update patient personal and insurance information
  • Enter payments and insurance information accurately into patient accounts
  • Prepare daily deposits
  • Run A/R and insurance reports

If you're ready to be part of a team that truly cares about its patients and each other, we would love to hear from you. Apply today to join Love Dentistry and help create an experience where patients feel genuinely supported, valued, and confident in their care.
