To prosper as a Dental Lab Assistant, you should have:

• At least 2 years of continuous experience in a dental lab setting

• Dental Lab Technician Certification (preferred) or relevant hands-on experience

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Familiarity with dental materials and laboratory equipment

• Stellar verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Only needed for some locations – confirm with SDP)

More about your role as a Dental Lab Assistant:

• Fabricate, repair, and adjust dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances

• Pour and trim dental models from impressions

• Perform waxing, casting, and polishing of dental restorations

• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of lab equipment

• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure quality control standards are met
