Seeking a Dental Hygienist to join team in northwest Kansas. Clinic is a nonprofit NHSC serving 12 counties in northwest Kansas. We accept most insurances and are preferred providers for most. Our mission is to increase access to quality and affordable oral health care for all residents of Northwest Kansas, regardless of an individual's ability to pay for services.

• Team of 2 hygienists and 3 dental assistants
• Full-time position, Mon-Thu/Fri, 32-40 hours/week dependent on workload and provider availability
• 45% pediatrics, 13% seniors, 57% underserved
• Full service general dentistry
• Mobile dental services clinic that travels to area schools, nursing homes, etc.
• 2 locations
• Program hosts dental residents from 3 different programs
• The clinic continues to grow with over 10,000 patients from more than 18 counties in Kansas, Nebraska & Colorado.
• Clinic is in the process of strategic planning to construct a larger building to accommodate the continued growth. In addition, the clinic continues to increase the Out-Reach program sites and strives to include mobile restorative dental services for our most vulnerable populations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous dental and/or medical experience/knowledge preferred. but not required. On-the-job training.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation based upon experience.
