We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for a short-term, 30-to-60-day assignment as a Deburring Technician. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production process by removing sharp edges, excess material, and imperfections from machined or fabricated parts. Your work ensures all finished components meet strict quality and safety standards before moving to the next stage of production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from components.
  • Clean and finish machined or fabricated metal/plastic parts.
  • Operate hand tools, files, scrapers, and other deburring equipment.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Read and follow technical specifications and blueprints accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing workspace.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • High attention to detail to detect minor surface defects.
  • Ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions.
  • Experience using basic hand tools or working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.

  • Shift: 1st Shift
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Duration: Temporary placement (60–90 days)
