While this role is predominately working from your home in SW Ontario, you will need to be able to travel throughout the region between Manitoba and Atlantic Canada to support, coach and grow the distribution network. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE DEALER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you act as the main distribution partner point of contact in Central and Eastern Canada, drive complete portfolio sales and meet or exceed goals for sales, net income and market share. You build strong relationships with your clients and prospects as you interact with them regularly, positioning yourself as an expert and mentor for their businesses, their staff and their customers. Working alongside your distribution partners, you provide product education to all customer groups, ensuring the complete understanding of product features, advantages, benefits, applications, durability, pricing and credit terms. You demonstrate products and emphasize saleable features, develop local sales tools and marketing programs, and develop sales presentations, specification documentation and various marketing materials for the promotion, training or education on products.
This full-time, remote position travels frequently throughout Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces, visiting dealers and distribution partners, and interacting with growers as needed when providing sales and technical support along with dealer personnel.
