We are looking for a Data Science Director who will lead our clients' AI strategy across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to leverage your proven Data Science and cutting-edge AI capabilities to make a dramatic impact on our client’s continued growth and sophistication.

What you will be doing.

Working with cross-company teams, you will establish the enterprise AI Strategy and oversee its implementation. You will lead your team in creating AI Solutions that address key business needs both now and in the future. Additionally, you will monitor the performance and adoption of these solutions and promote innovation within your team and throughout the company.

What you need to succeed

• Master’s in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or related, PhD preferred but not required.
• 8+ years in data science or analytics with 5 or more of those in leadership.
• Property-Casualty insurance experience is a must.
• Demonstrable skills in Python, R, SQL, or other relevant tools
• Expert-level understanding of AI and machine learning in a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to build and manage analytics models.
• Experience with developing AI strategies, project planning, and delivery.
• Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, and advanced modeling.
• Understanding of model governance and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
