Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Data Entry Coordinator for a South Florida-based client. This is a direct hire position that will work off a hybrid remote schedule.


Part of a Market Development Team, the Data Entry Coordinator is essential in the support of external sales, marketing, and recruitment for the organization.

What we are looking for:

  • An AS degree and 2 years of Data Entry experience are preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience maintaining databases and or CRM records.
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or recruiting processes.
  • Experience importing data into systems such as Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage campaign milestones.
  • Ability to multitask and be open to rapid change.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
  • A portion of the responsibilities is manually importing data received from mailers and marketing events into salesforce, cleaning and updating records, etc.
