Job Summary

We are currently seeking to build a pool of detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerks for upcoming opportunities across a range of industries.

These roles require individuals with strong accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, who are capable of handling large volumes of data while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
  • Review and correct data discrepancies as required
  • Process documents, forms, and records in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing system
  • Retrieve and compile data for reports and internal use
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required
  • Support team members with data-related tasks and documentation
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Follow established procedures and data management standards
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy (speed is an asset)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
