Are you a detail-driven Data Analyst who thrives on solving real-world business problems with data? GRC Executive is hiring on behalf of a top-tier global consulting firm seeking an analytical powerhouse to join their onsite team in Puerto Rico.
This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into large, messy datasets, spotting patterns, and turning complexity into clarity. You’ll play a key role in helping business stakeholders make smarter decisions with accurate, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze large, unstructured data sets to identify patterns, errors, and gaps.

Perform reconciliation and audit-style reviews of vendor invoices and financial data.

Use advanced Excel skills and Power BI (or similar BI tools) to visualize data and generate insights.

Validate and clean data, question discrepancies, and explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Support procurement, finance, and vendor management teams with reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Own data quality and accuracy end-to-end.
Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reconciliation, or audit support.

Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and Power BI or equivalent tools.

Comfortable working with large, complex data sets.

Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with CLM systems or working with procurement/finance data is a plus.
Compensation
💰 Estimated Salary Range (Puerto Rico):
$55,000 – $75,000 USD/year, depending on experience and skill level.
