Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Every year, billions of pages of patient medical data are still transmitted between healthcare providers using fax machines.
- This reliance on outdated technology contributes to:
- Delays in patient care
- Increased administrative workload for clinical teams
- Incomplete or inaccessible medical histories during care transitions
- Modern technology platforms are emerging to:
- Aggregate and summarize medical records from various sources
- Provide value-based care organizations with comprehensive patient data
- Support more accurate risk adjustment and population health management
- Improve reimbursement accuracy by delivering complete clinical information upfront
- As the healthcare industry moves toward digital transformation, adopting more efficient record retrieval solutions will be essential.
- A limited pilot program is currently available to test these capabilities with specific patient populations, providing early access to innovative approaches for streamlining medical record management.
- Design and deliver timely and business-critical data insights for internal stakeholders and customers, through the creation of dashboards for Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Finance.
- Identify and implement data platform (Looker, Tableau, etc.) based on long-term business needs
- Develop and maintain data platforms that enable detailed reporting for customers and internal teams.
- Continuously assess and evolve tools and processes to elevate operational impact and efficiency
- Serve as a generalist, able to assist in multiple areas across teams.
- Provide support primarily to Customer Success/Operations (65% of the role), with secondary support to other teams, including the product team and the finance teams, to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with the finance team on ad hoc projects related to financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- While this role requires significant hands-on and technical work, there are also opportunities to be client-facing and interact with Credo's c-suite and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand available data within the system.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Health insurance actuary risk adjustment expertise with an understanding of risk scoring and how it works
- Background in analyzing large data sets, either from a data role at a technology or healthcare company, or consulting company working in these industries
- Ability to work with complex data sets and experience working with data platforms, such as Looker or Tableau.
- Strong critical thinking skills to understand client needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing needs.
- Growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and develop within the team.
- A basic understanding of financial statements and FP&A metrics
- Experience with NetSuite and other accounting systems
- Experience with value-based care, managed care, or risk-bearing providers is a bonus
