WHO IS THIS JOB FOR?
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer with at least 10 years of experience who values leading a team and working with others. Now specifically with this role we are looking for an individual who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Structural Engineering Discipline within the context of a full service, multi-disciplinary design firm. Besides this we are looking for an individual with a strong character, strategic vision, self-motivation, broad technical capability, and adept team leadership and collaboration skill.

WHAT YOU NEED:
You will need to have a collaborative and professional work ethic along with a Degree in Structural Engineering and a Professional License or the ability to get one in Tennessee! You MUST have experience in an Architectural Engineering/Contractor or Consulting firm.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Expertise in Structural Engineering design in Architectural Engineering
• 10+ year’s experience in Structural design of buildings in an engineering consulting firm
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers
• Strong Understanding of Structural Engineering principles, codes, and standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• LEED Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited four-year college
• Professional License in the state of Tennessee or the ability to get
