As a Senior D365 BC/NAV Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting EBA strategy and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to define needs and document existing enterprise business applications and related processes.
• Identifying inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and critical business requirements.
• Developing representations of recommended future state options for client evaluation.
• Performing functional solution design in Business Central, and related contexts to maximize business value.
• Providing functional support for EBA solutions and related technologies.
• Managing aspects of business applications implementations and supporting project milestones, phases, and budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, or High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems.
• Five (5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience.
• Two (2) or more years of education or experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced technical environment.
