Key Responsibilities:
- Document existing enterprise business applications and processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop representations of future state options for client evaluation.
- Perform functional solution design in Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs, proposing value-driven solutions.
- Support and manage aspects of business applications implementations, documenting project milestones, phases, and budget.
- Provide functional support for the client.
- Mentor and develop entry-level and senior consultants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and six (6) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, or High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems.
- Six (6) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience.
- Four (4) or more years of education or experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV.
- Some client-facing best practice consulting experience preferred.
- One or more current business applications technology certifications preferred.
Software:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM Solutions technology such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, etc.
- Experience with Smartsheet preferred.
- Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience preferred.
