Customer-facing Technical Manager
Site Maintenance Manager:
-Lead a high-performing team of resident and remote technicians supporting automated material handling and packaging systems at a major customer site in Western North Carolina (Asheville->Hickory)
-Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal technical resources, ensuring fast, effective resolution of service issues and consistent operational performance
-Oversee daily service operations, coordinate technical support, and drive customer satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and leadership
-Bring a balanced mix of technical and managerial experience- comfortable with automation, robotics, and PLC-driven systems while guiding teams toward continuous improvement
-Required 6-7+ years of experience in material handling, packaging, or automation systems, plus a BS in Engineering or Operations Management (or equivalent experience)
-Enjoy a $95K-$120K base salary, Monday-Friday on-site with about 15% travel, and the opportunity to lead customer-facing service excellence for an industry innovator
