Help assess Claims exposure for the Insurance Carrier and Improve the Customer Experience for the Policyholders affected by a Natural Disaster.

Position: Customer Success

This position adds VALUE to the client’s adoption and use of the GeoSpatial Data product

Attention Grabbers:

Normalize data produced by our satellites and other sensors from natural catastrophe

Solutions Development

Work with Delivery team and Sales/ Strategic Account Managers

  • Guidance on the use of products and solutions.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with product management, sales, account management and marketing.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to solutions & processes.

Must have:

  • 1) Experience in customer-facing roles, 2) P&C insurance and 3) Scaling Technical Solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Lead onboarding process, facilitate a successful Client implementations and usage of the Company’s products and solutions, including:
  • Collaborate closely with the Company’s Product DEV and delivery teams, and Sales to work with customers on assessing, defining, planning and implementing the solutions.
    • Gain in depth Customer's insight into needs and expectations and provide solutions to meet their needs.
    • Achieve quantifiable value add.
    • Joint customer / Company’s solution implementation planning & management.
    • Provide customers with guidance on the use of Company’s products and solutions
    • Resolve any challenges that may arise.
    • Monitor CSAT levels and track (KPIs).
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance CSAT and loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Sales to support contract renewals and ID opps for up- and cross-selling.
  • Gather & analyze customer feedback and ID areas for improvement. Collaborate with the product and Dev teams to drive product improvements and ensure customer’s needs are met.

Annual Salary: MARKET based
