Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Vice President of a leading third-party logistics provider focused on offering Managed Transportation and Freight Brokerage solutions.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for growing successful FTL and LTL brokerage relationships by increasing margin for customers, account strategy, shipment issue resolution, pricing and margins, customer relationship management, and load execution. Challenge is to successfully grow new and existing customer accounts by providing superior service and ensuring best practices are being utilized by all team members, while increasing revenues and margins.

Background Required:
  • Account Management, New Business Development, or Carrier Sales (1+ years)
  • Mode of transportation (i.e. Full Truckload, LTL)
  • Customer development, profitability, & market penetration
  • Computer literate: Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Residence: Cincinnati, OH
Background Preferred (but not required):
  • Truckload, Refrigerated and Flatbed
  • MercuryGate
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
