Customer Success Manager

JOB TITLE: Director of Client Success
DIVISION: Digital Payment Systems – USA

LOCATION: Based in Toronto, CANADA

Our client is seeking a relationship-oriented and strategically minded Director of Client Success to support key transit agency partnerships across the US. This individual will serve as a senior interface between the client organization and internal teams across sales, delivery, technical operations, and executive leadership.

The role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, public transportation, and long-term customer strategy. The Director of Client Success will help strengthen trusted relationships with agency stakeholders, support strategic account development, and ensure clients experience a coordinated and responsive partnership.

This is a highly visible position offering broad exposure to complex transit programs, executive-level discussions, and major public-sector mobility initiatives. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping align customer priorities with internal business objectives while navigating a dynamic and evolving transit technology environment.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Supporting long-term account strategy and identifying future opportunities
  • Coordinating internal teams to ensure a unified and effective customer approach
  • Helping manage sensitive issues, escalations, and client communications
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer internally
  • Contributing to strategic growth within an established and globally recognized mobility technology organization

The ideal candidate will bring experience in account management, client success, business development, consulting, or strategic program leadership within transportation, infrastructure, or technology-related environments. Experience working with public-sector organizations or transit agencies is particularly valuable.
