About the Role
They are seeking an energetic and strategic Client Relationship Manager to drive subscriber growth through direct engagement, marketing campaigns, and relationship management with property stakeholders. In this role, you will take ownership of a high-impact portfolio, planning and executing marketing events while fostering strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and residents.
This position is field based, requiring regular travel via public transit throughout New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut, with occasional evening and weekend events.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and residential building partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Execute strategic marketing initiatives, including hosting on-site events, creating promotional campaigns, and distributing marketing materials to drive subscriber conversions.
- Negotiate marketing agreements with property owners and management teams to maximize service adoption within buildings.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to marketing effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outreach efforts.
- Educate potential customers on service offerings, including high-speed internet solutions, security features, and streaming service compatibility.
- Track customer interactions, maintain an organized CRM system, and provide timely updates on sales and engagement activities.

- Flexible and adaptable: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and are open to a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate leasing (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and motivation will be considered).
- Ability to travel within the New York Tri-State area (public transportation expenses reimbursed).
- Comfort with working in public spaces and hosting promotional events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
