With an eye for detail you will look after and manage client relationships. Our client work with some of the world’s most exciting B2B startups in order to improve and grow their outbound prospecting and sales process. Providing a solution that combines the best in tech, proprietary automation technology and amazing service to deliver responsive sales leads to their customers. The successful candidate will be part of an existing team to help build on the current growth.

Requirements
  • 5 + years customer success or client facing role
  • 5 + years sales experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enthusiastic, quick and hungry to learn
  • Very organised
  • Good problem solver
  • Able to demonstrate integrity, drive and natural curiosity
  • Clear about what motivates you to be the best every day
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and build relationships with senior executives within some of the worlds’ largest organisations
  • Ensure Client success
  • Taking a consultative approach to ensure our customers are set up for long-term success
  • Day to day client communication
  • Managing and liaising with a small team of analysts and campaign specialists
  • Client on-boarding
  • Campaign management
  • Upselling
