In this role, you’ll:
- Lead client success for a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Build deep internal networks within client organizations to identify value-creation opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and deliver quarterly reviews, reduce churn, and spot growth opportunities
- Develop client onboarding and adoption strategies, training stakeholders across platforms and tools
- Work closely with product, support, editorial, and marketing teams to drive a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to key company initiatives, feeding back insights to support product development and innovation
