One of our top clients in the Medical Industry has an Immediate Opening for a Customer Service/ Admin position. This is a full-time, permanent position and the client will pay a base up to $30K, depending on experience, and provide company-sponsored health insurance, vacation & holidays, 401K, and additional perks.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive can-do attitude, team player
- Strong people skills
- Client oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
- HS diploma
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with customers and exceed expectations
- Receive incoming calls, answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
- Answer all incoming calls kindly- receive orders over the phone
- Process purchase orders
- Take care of customer records
- Follow up and solve product or service issues
- Support sales team with processing orders, assisting customers
- Help out as needed- Be a team player
