Customer Service role
Full time permanent role
Initially based in Homebush for limited time – all staff will be relocated to new office to cater for growing team- Head office is in Alexandria

The client is looking for an experienced ambitious, proactive and well organised customer service candidate preferably with accident management experience /knowledge

Key Responsibilities will be to manage all inbound calls for Accident Management Services. The role is perfect for an experienced Customer Relations Consultant with understanding / background in the Accident Management space.


Requirements
  • Previous Motor Claims beneficial but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in a high volume customer services or contract centre role
  • Express real passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping people
  • Ability to work in a team environment while also having the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to remain calm and show empathy to customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment while also having the ability to work autonomously
  • Clear verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively across all areas of business
  • Highly developed written communication
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to priortise work and deliver in high volume situations

Working on site 8-5.30 pm Monday to Friday
