Customer Service
This full-time position will serve as an important connection between our customers, sales team, and manufacturing operations. The right person will help ensure orders are entered accurately, information is communicated clearly, commitments are followed through, and customer concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP, order-entry, and other business systems
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• The ability to remain calm, listen carefully, and de-escalate difficult situations
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to recognize needs and support sales opportunities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of issues through resolution
• The ability to manage multiple orders, requests, and deadlines efficiently
• A collaborative approach when working with sales, production, shipping, quality, and other departments
• Dependability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn technical product information
Responsibilities will include assisting customers with new orders, communicating order status, answering product questions, coordinating internally to resolve issues, processing returns, maintaining accurate customer and order information, and helping create an experience that encourages long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things accurately, communicates respectfully, and understands that excellent customer service requires both responsiveness and follow-through.
Pay: $20 to $22 hour would be ideal willing to pay more for an excellent candidate.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
