The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products
and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
-It is desk work in the warehouse for logistics company.
-Makes telephone calls and email to existing and prospective customers.
-Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
-Provides timely and accurate information to incoming client order status and product knowledge requests.
-Handles a variety of customer service issues and appropriately and assumes responsibility for all escalated customer service related.
-Responsible for ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are maintained with the most current information.
-Handles difficult calls and appropriately escalates to next level support as needed.
-Assists Manager with preparation and delivery of training related to Customer Service duties and responsibilities.
-Performs semi-annual inventory control.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
-Bilingual English / Japanese
-3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong typing and basic computer skills.
-Strong phone presentation with ability to effectively deliver information and respond to questions of a varying nature.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
