Customer Service Specialist

Our client, in Manchester, NH, has an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for career growth.

Role: Customer Service Specialist (Temp-Hire)

Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)

Pay: $26-$28/hour

Scheduled: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some Saturdays required)

Premise: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the liaison between the client and the installers to ensure a smooth process and great customer experience.

Job Duties:

• Work directly with clients to ensure all questions and concerns regarding products and services are being met
• Review of client contracts
• Input notes into appropriate customer record in CRM
• Provide a resourceful solution to client concerns
• Navigate and work in multiple programs throughout the day

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience required
• Knowledge of construction and/or home improvements would be helpful (not required)
• Must be experienced in working in a busy and fast-paced environment with ability to pivot and adjust as required
• Intermediate experience in MS Excel
