Key Responsibilities:

Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor client accounts to ensure engagement and retention.
Sales Support: Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue growth.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve service-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, technical support) to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
