Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer service emails
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Support internal and external sales people with timely responses
- Support quote department with internal, historical research on repeat jobs
- Positive, customer service driven outlook, team player with a strong work ethic
Comfortable in Microsoft Word and have a basic, working knowledge of Excel - Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, highly organized, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to ramp-up to a fast pace when workload demands it - Quick thinker with a professional phone manner
Base salary $45K to $50K plus Benefits.
