Customer Service Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

Duties:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficient
Experience:
  • Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to follow directions; ability to interact courteously and effectively with culturally diverse populations
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks.Preferred qualifications include three years of human services and/or customer service experience, knowledge and understanding of Community-Based waiver services familiarity with medical terminology, and bilingual capabilities.
