We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Family! We are in need of a talented, organized, and goal driven individual to help better our Customer Service Department. We are dedicated to helping one another succeed, offering outstanding service and supporting Local Independents throughout Ohio.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Inbound calls from customers and assist Sales Reps as needed including placing orders, updating existing orders, enter pick-up requests, managing online orders
  • Vacation Coverage
  • Handle shortages/subbing products
  • Assist customers navigate online ordering
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously based on priority
  • Resolve customer issues/complaints through communicating across internal departments
  • Effectively communicate with Brokers regarding Sample product requests
  • Other projects or duties as needed

Preferences:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service/Food Service
  • Familiar with AS400
  • Customer Oriented
  • Ability to Multi-Task between departments and clearly communicate concerns/questions/inquiries.
