Job Purpose:

- By answering product and service-related questions
- Provide information about other products and services
- Updating and maintenance of Customer account information
- Assist in resolving product or service-related problems that the customer has experienced
- Essential 6- 12 months' Call Centre Customer Service Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- International Customer Service Experience Advantageous
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Friendly Attitude
- Empathy
- Business Acumen
- Product/Service Knowledge
- Strong Time Management
- Computer literate
- Excellent English Proficiency
- R6500 Basic Salary
- Monthly KPI Bonuses
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with alternative Saturdays 8am to 1pm
