Job purpose is producing high quality customer service daily in support of external and internal customer requirements by performing the following duties. Strives to continuously improve upon our company service standards when dealing with all customers. This job accepts the responsibility as the initial contact for our customers. This job requires a friendly, helpful, dedicated, customer focused individual who all customers can count on for quick efficient follow up on inquiries, orders, and performance to company standards. Order accuracy is vital and the ability to communicate our company’s selling and service programs must be mastered.


Will include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Order entry and management of customer orders, work orders, RGA’s and distribution orders
  2. Schedule in house and onsite tire and wheel installation.
  3. Dispatch of drivers.
  4. Scheduling freight forwarders for pickup and delivery of product
  5. Receive and ship in the system distribution and customer orders
  6. Process work orders in the system
  7. Transfer inventory between virtual locations in the system
  8. Provide service and product quotations to customers
  9. Provide inventory availability and pricing to sales team and customers.
  10. Manage customer back orders
  11. Communicate inventory, quality and service issues internally as needed
