Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Position Overview

As a Digital Customer Support Officer, your main role is to assist current and future customers with various online platforms and applications. You will communicate with customers primarily by phone and through e-mail correspondence. No insurance knowledge or license is required.


What you will achieve in this role:

Provide technical support to clients with phone applications.
Assist account holders with the setup of Web platforms according to company standards.
Help current and prospective customers with online systems.
Able to respond to customer needs aiming for a first-call resolution.
Eager to work in a growing and changing environment.


What you will bring to this role:

MUST HAVE:
- Previous customer service experience - 1+ years
- Multi-tasking - will be dealing with at least 2 programs at a time
- Strong typing skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment; work under pressure

NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous call centre experience
- Previous banking experience
- Microsoft office experience
