Job Summary:

The CSR 2 supports a variety of functions within Business Services. This position will handle a large number of documents, files, and methods of payment.

Job Duties:

  • Accurate and timely collection, sorting, preparation and delivery of applications/requests
  • Data entry
  • Indexing of documents,
  • Collection of fees.
  • Interact with customers via email, telephone or in-person to answer questions about services.

  • Skilled with computer systems and software

  • Prioritization and accuracy skills
  • Data entry, scanning experience

Additional Information:

  • Training for this role will last about 3 weeks.
