Role You Will Play:
In this role, you will be accountable for all aspects of customer service following the sale from expediting orders, presenting project layouts, responding to inquiries from vendors and customers, handling all installation/service-related problem solving, and coordinating all delivery efforts for the project manager. You will be working in a fast-paced customer service department, must be detail oriented, and have the ability to adapt in an ever-changing high-pressure environment. Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills are a must along with 3+ years’ experience working with residential remodeling products such as Kitchen & Bath Cabinets and Countertops, Appliances, Flooring, and Millwork.
