Customer Service Project Coordinator / Estimator

A growing custom packaging, kitting, and distribution-services organization in the Aurora, Illinois area is seeking an onsite customer service project coordinator to manage customer projects from inquiry and quotation through order entry and operational handoff.

The position will coordinate customer requirements, prepare material and labor estimates, maintain order and pricing documentation, obtain vendor quotes, and communicate project status. Qualified candidates should have customer service or account coordination experience, at least four years with their current employer, and prior experience in printing, packaging, or supply-chain services.
