Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support across various channels. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
