Job Description
Large privately held Consumer Products Company is searching for a Manager of Customer Service to Join their team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepare and complete action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolve problems; complete audits and identify customer service trends.
- Implement customer service process changes as needed.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required.
- 5- 10 years Customer service experience.
- Experience implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills
