Coordinator (Temporary, Potential for Full-Time)
A Rent-a-Car department is seeking a Coordinator to assist with reservations, customer service, and basic office tasks.
Responsibilities:

Handle rent-a-car reservations, walk-ins, and customer inquiries

Explain rental policies, process payments, and complete paperwork

Resolve minor issues, support emergencies, and report incidents

Perform basic revenue tracking and daily reporting

Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year experience in travel industry or similar

Bilingual: English & Japanese
-
Knowledge of Japanese culture/etiquette a plus

Computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)

Valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean abstract

Able to work weekends/holidays as needed
Work Environment:
Air-conditioned office at Hyatt Centric; occasional outdoor/field activity.
