Our Client in the BPO Industry are looking for vibrant Executives to join their growing team

Job Location: Cape Town CBD Area

Basic Function:

  • As an executive, you will handle majorly inbound calls
Job Responsibilities:


  • Ensure a positive customer experience. Maintains in-depth knowledge of customer needs
  • Promotes and maintains a positive, professional image of the company
  • Issue Resolution: Investigates and resolves customer issues as required
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication is essential
You Are Responsible for:
  • Handle majorly inbound calls
  • Process new business, renewals, amendments and cancellation of policies and change details as needed
  • Identify customer’s need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Maintain accuracy of customer data
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and also identify & escalate priority issues
  • Follow up on customer calls wherever necessary
  • Achieves operational metrics / SLAs by adhering to the call and customers’ account handling policies and procedures to meet or exceed client’s expectations
  • Understand Operations and Corporate Compliance, Policies and Procedures and Best Practices when conducting business with customers
  • Participate in weekly and monthly coaching Delivery of clients expectations
  • Stay abreast of ongoing training associated with role and business unit objectives
  • Other duties as outlined by leadership
  • Strong interpersonal relationships - Required
  • Demonstrated reasoning skills - Required
  • Strong ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal - Required
  • Ability to adapt in a changing work environment - Required
  • Computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Share Point, etc. - Required
  • Minimum of Matriculate or must have completed 12 years of education
  • Work Experience Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in insurance claims
Other Requirements:
  • Clear Credit Record - None Neg
  • Clear Criminal Record - None Neg
  • Must be willing to work shifts - None Neg
  • Must have passed Grade 12 - None Neg
  • Punctuality is a must
  • Basic salary of R 6500.00
