Position Responsibilities:
For a leading provider of bulk transport services to large oil companies, convenience store operators, petroleum marketers, airports, and many others as well as complementary bulk products such as asphalt, crude oil, lube oils, and petrochemicals. In business for more than 50 years they have operations throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Louisiana.
The Customer Service Center Manager will report to Vice President of Operations and oversee a team of 7 employees and 94 drivers that haul petroleum & petroleum products. Focusing on the safety of their associates, customers, and motoring public they will work with all personnel to insure the importance of a strong safety culture. They will adhere to the assessment schedule and complete part or all of the assessment as directed by the regional manager and recommend process changes and enforce compliance. They will also ensure that all external & internal customers are treated with dignity and respect no matter the situation and resolve concerns and disputes in a timely manner. All things above are key with a focus on YOY profit.

Background Required:
  • Bulk Tank Terminal Management (5+ yrs.)
  • Customer/Client Management
  • P&L & budgeting oversight
  • Dispatch Management
  • DOT & FMCSA regulation and safety standards (Hazmat)
  • Accident prevention, reporting, & corrective actions
  • Proficient Transportation technology (TMW & Peoplenet)
  • Intermediate computer knowledge in Microsoft office suite
  • Education: High School Education or equivalent
  • Location: Euless, TX
