Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greeting Customers, both in Person and on the Phone
• Provide Customers with Product Information, Pricing and Delivery Times
• Understanding of the Products Offered
• Work with Customers to select Products
• Call Customers to keep them apprised of the Status of their Order
• Calculate Measurements, Place Orders, Invoicing
• Clean around store and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
• Creative with an Eye for Design, Colour and Detail
• Strong Communication ability
• Mathematical Aptitude & Accuracy
• Ability to manage Timelines and be Self Motivated
• Computer Competency
• Familiarity with or Education in Interior Design or Flooring Installation an asset

We Offer:

• $22 - $25/hour based on experience
• Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 5 pm
