Our client in George is looking for a Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team.
As an executive, you will handle majorly inbound (small ratio). Ensure a positive customer experience. Maintains in-depth knowledge of customer needs

Essential Functions
- Create claim in claims system based on information gathered from customers for Auto and Property
- Receive and establish new reported losses from customers
- Ensure to enter/log information into the claims system
- Ensure to obtain all needed information, quickly and accurately to begin an effective claims process
- Must have a National Senior Certificate ( Matric Certificate)
- Must have a Clear Credit record
- Must have a Clear Criminal record
- Call center experience advantageous
- Must be fluent in English (Level B2 English Proficiency)

- 24/7 Rotational Shifts in Monday to Sunday
