We have an excellent work from home position available. Our client a is looking for an Outbound Insurance Advisor to join their growing department

Permanent work from home position where it is essential for you to have an active fibre line and proof thereof

As an executive, you will handle majorly inbound and outbound (small ratio) calls for new and renewal of existing business for the American Market

Essential Functions:
  • Take inbound calls or make outbound calls using inbuilt dialer to assist clients
  • Performs moderately complex transaction processing work
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines
  • Incumbents have a good understanding of their specific product or functional area and are flexible in
  • The successful candidate should have problem solving and analytic mindset, attention to detail and
    ability to work in a target driven environment is a must.
  • Ensure that the calls are handled as per Desktop procedures
  • Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are met
  • Ensure that the quality of the call handling is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by
    Process Excellence standards
  • Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Technical Skills:
  • Computer navigation skills, keyboarding skills
  • Should be familiar with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to increase sales while providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Good telephonic etiquette
  • “Customer first” approach to problem solving
  • Ability to understand and accept feedback on errors and use the learnings to avoid similar errors in future

  • Questioning, reasoning and convincing skills
  • Ability to multi task, priorities and manage daily work activities
  • Minimum of 12 months of work experience in a BPO environment in an Insurance process/ account is
    highly preferred

  • R 6500 basic

Working Hours: 24 hour rotational shift, Mondays to Sunday 14:00 PM to 06:00 AM (American working hours)
