Customer Service Account Manager

Job Description

A global material handling systems manufacturer is seeking multiple Customer Service Account Managers to support growth. This role is focused on driving order intake through consultative, relationship-driven sales within a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive order intake by identifying, developing, and influencing capital equipment projects
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to support solution development
  • Travel 50%+ to support customers across assigned regions

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, project management, or technical sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience within material handling, packaging, processing, plastics, or similar industrial sectors preferred
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $110K–$115K + 30% bonus
  • Monthly car allowance
