Customer Service Account Manager
Job Description
A global material handling systems manufacturer is seeking multiple Customer Service Account Managers to support growth. This role is focused on driving order intake through consultative, relationship-driven sales within a highly technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive order intake by identifying, developing, and influencing capital equipment projects
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to support solution development
- Travel 50%+ to support customers across assigned regions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, project management, or technical sales
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience within material handling, packaging, processing, plastics, or similar industrial sectors preferred
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $110K–$115K + 30% bonus
- Monthly car allowance
