We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Outreach Representative who will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and our Customer Success team by responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and scheduling product demos and Customer Success meetings. This position requires effective communication skills, both over the phone and through email and chat, to engage with prospective and existing customers.
This is a hybrid position with opportunities for growth. Full-time hours 8-5 or 9-6 PM, $35-40k.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective and existing customers to gather information and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers, answering their questions accurately and professionally.
- Schedule product demonstrations on behalf of the assigned Sales Representative, coordinating the timing and logistics with both customers and the sales team. Schedule Customer Success meetings with current customers and the Customer Success Representative.
- Utilize various communication channels, including chat, phone calls, and email, to engage with customers and ensure timely responses.
- Assist customers with any issues they may encounter, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with the sales and Customer Success Team to gather customer feedback and insights to improve the sales and success process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information.
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
- Previous customer service or sales support experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
