7-Month Contract
Hire Standard is recruiting a Customer Order Coordinator for a leading agricultural and crop science company in Calgary. This 7-month contract role is ideal for someone with experience in SAP ERP, order processing, customer support, or office-based business operations within a professional corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order creation, entry, adjustments, and processing in SAP ERP
- Review customer-requested delivery dates and confirm product availability
- Coordinate and process dealer transfer transactions accurately within SAP
- Process and coordinate product return requests and related documentation
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to orders, product availability, and account support via phone and email
- Research, document, and communicate resolutions for complaints and order errors
- Collaborate with internal customer support, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order management
- Actively participate in customer service and order management process improvement projects
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, order entry, administrative coordination, or office-based business support roles required
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset
- SAP ERP experience required; intermediate Excel skills required
- Strong communicator with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Experience working with business systems, administrative processes, or customer order support is considered an asset
- Experience in agriculture, agri-business, or crop science is an asset but not required

- $22.00/hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM — no evenings, no weekends
