Temporary Customer Operations Specialist

Role Purpose:

• Seamless execution of the Order-to-Bill operations to deliver a best in class service and enable the achievement of business targets

Key Tasks:
Execute order management, order fulfillment and billing tasks that require minimal customer interaction
• Create new and maintain orders (if not initiated by Customer Account Advisor)
• Execute and monitor transactions to enable delivery of product and billing
• Monitor backorders
• Check availability and execute allocation requests (based on Control Tower guidance), including product substitutions and cuts
• Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer-to-dealer transfer
• Provide transactional support with account reconciliation
• Initiate approval requests to overcome various blocks (customer data, pricing, credit set up in system to check orders)
• Stimulate efficiency of order management, promote regional standardization for SAP transactional and support processes
Execute all non-immediately resolvable customer requests
• Answer toll-free phone line and respond to emails sent to the Customer Service email inbox
• Provide assistance with resolving any customer requests relayed by CAA (e.g. order changes, etc.), engaging other internal functions as needed (e.g. Credit Management, Planning)
• Execute transactions associated with complaints
• Support customer-to-customer stock transfers

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Mgmt, or related fields; or equivalent years of operational experience in Order Management or Logistics
• Strong domain knowledge in agriculture preferred
• Key competencies: results orientation, collaboration, agility, decision making, strong communication, interpersonal
• Knowledge or experience of SAP and/or SalesForce preferred
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer service
